Ten Favourite Movie/Song Remakes

While this week's 10 on Tuesday was to list either your 10 favourite movies or songs or a combination of both: totalling 10, I just could not trim it down enough. So, here are my 10 favourite movie remakes AND my 10 favourite song remakes. These are in no particular order; that would take too much consideration and I'm sure I could spend days coming up with more, but I wanna post this now

Nice job with BOTH lists - I just went with cover songs for mine :-). You have some great cover songs on yours that I wish I'd remembered ("The Man Who Sold the World" and "Heroes" - interesting, they're both Bowie originals), and a couple that didn't make the cut for me ("Nothing Compares 2 U," "Mony Mony"), because I really wanted to stop at 10.

If you haven't done it yet, you should check out Cake's B-sides and Rarities album. It's all covers. Their version of Ruby (original Kenny Rogers) is awesome!

OMG, how did i forget about Mony Mony? I wanted to marry Billy Idol for years lol. (I was only 15, that's my excuse) Anyway, Love that song! His version anyway.
